You can receive your products in one of the following ways:
1. Via Courier Services
A) Delivery time
i) Shipping in Greece via ACS:
Products are delivered within 1-3 working days.
If the shipping address is considered to be in an inaccessible area, by ACS, delivery time may vary.
ii) Shipping in areas outside Greece via DHL:
Delivery time for products will be determined in consultation with Nhmuseum-shop.
In any case, if the time of our products’ delivery to you is affected by externalities (strikes, weather phenomena etc), delivery time may vary.

i) For deliveries in Athens: 3 €
ii) For deliveries in Greece (except from Athens): 4,50 €
iii) Vatican City, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Finland: 20 €
iv) Albania, Andorra, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia/Herzegovina, Groenladia, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Moldavia, Faroes Islands, Norway, San Marino, Turkey: 23 €
v) USA, Canada, Mexico: 26 €
vi) Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Colombia, South Africa: 36 €
All the above prices include VAT.
Our products are delivered worldwide. There may be restrictions in delivering our e-shop’s products from the Courier companies.
2. You can collect your products from our store:
You may come to our store (Old Parliament Building, 13, Stadiou St., P.C. 10561, Athens Greece) to collect your products, after you have received a text message informing you that your order is ready, showing us the code number of your order and your name, during working days and hours (Monday – Sunday and hours 09:30 - 14:30 - except public holidays).
Orders which are not received within one week, from the moment you are notified to collect your products from our store, will be canceled.
Taxes-Duties-Fees
Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the custom office of the country of dispatch. Any additional costs (Customs Duties, Excise duty and/or Import Tax, customs clearance fees, storage, etc.) in accordance with the applicable provisions providing for the relevant charges in the state of dispatch, in addition to the shipping costs, shall be borne by the consumer (for international shipments). The consumer shall be informed for the charges incurred, depending on place of residence.
